Each wedding and reception we host is special and unique in its own set of circumstances; therefore all planning and pricing will be specific to your particular event. However, you may use the pricing information included to determine
the type event which best reflects your ideas

The times allowable are for both wedding & reception or reception only. Events may start as early as 10:00 A.M. All events are allotted six hours unless otherwise noted. See Facility

Facility Fee Schedules
Tuesday thru Friday
$1800 for 6 hours - Additional time $200 per hour - Minimum 50 guests
Saturday
$2,300 for 6 hours. Additional time $300.00 per hour Minimum 100 guests
Sunday
$2000 for 6 hours. Additional time $250.00 per hour Minimum 100 guests
Holidays
Holiday pricing may vary. Please feel free to request a quote. New Years Eve minimum $2,500.00 - Maximum 6 hours Music Ends at 12:30 AM Valentine’s Day – same as Saturday
The Wedding Ceremony Fee
A wedding ceremony fee of $600 minimum applies for each wedding performed on site. The fee includes a Professional Wedding Director who will meet with you three times, once to plan your wedding ceremony, next to direct your rehearsal and finally to direct your wedding. All designing and planning assistance is done on an as-needed basis as it is requested by you. Special pricing will apply for bridal parties larger than 8 attendants (Four Bridesmaids & Four Groomsmen). We will assist you in planning your wedding from engagement to honeymoon or anywhere in between! You chose the level of service that best suits your budget and your dream!
It is our goal to offer the best service at the best price therefore; rates for each package are based on the complexity of your event.
Professional Bridal Consultant Pamela Boyette, owner of My Saving Grace Wedding Consultants has been selected to direct your Michelangelo’s wedding. Three things will be provided for you.
First, a director will meet with you a few weeks before your wedding to discuss ceremony location options, to determine placement of the wedding party and to design the flow of your ceremony.
Second, a director will attend your rehearsal and direct the practice of all the ceremony procedures in order for the Bridal party to be familiar with their positions and duties.
And third, on your Wedding Day, a director will assist the Bride and wedding party one hour before the ceremony with pre-ceremony details, coordinate lighting of candles, seating of family members and guests, training of ushers, music presentation, processional/recessional and all ceremony related activities.
Pamela Boyette has been planning and coordinating weddings since 1998 and says her responsibility as a Professional Bridal Consultant is to handle the logistics of the event in order for the Bride and Groom, their families and guests to relax and enjoy! Gazebo and Ceremony Seating Fee
A gazebo and ceremony seating fee of $350 Applies for set up and use of the gazebo and up
to 100 chairs on the lawn for your ceremony. Additional chairs are $2.00 each. At no additional charge, you may use the unity candle holder and table centerpieces. Chairs will also
be provided for musicians at no charge.
Cake Cutting Fee
A cake cutting fee of $125.00 applies for cake cutting and serving of wedding cake and groom’s cake. |

Receptions Only
Please Read Carefully.
The following items are provided for your Michelangelo’s Reception with
On-Site Wedding Use of main floor, bar and grounds of the facility; Front porches, patio and lawn/gazebo area.
The food for your reception catered by Michelangelo’s professional staff will be served in Italian tradition:
- White linens for your tables
- Set-up and clean-up of all catered items
- Uniformed Servers
- Dishes, Silverware and Serving Pieces
Wedding reception minimums - Saturday 100 guests, all other times 50 guests. On Site Receptions Only, Main Dining Room Only or Full Facility.
A $400 Reception Coordination Fee Applies.
Alcohlic Beverages
Michelangelo's offers a full service bar for all events. The staff at Michelangelo’s will provide you with a professional bartender for all alcohol services.
The cost for each bartender is $200
per event.
Cash Bars are also available upon request.
Beer and Wine - $4.00 per guest. The caterer will provide bar tables with fresh linens, ice, and containers for icing down alcohol and glasses.
Full Bar/Mixed Drinks - $6.00 per guest. The caterer will provide bar tables with fresh linens, ice, glassware, fruit juices, soft drinks, mixers, bar fruit and dry snacks. Well products.
Champagne Toasts - $5.00 per glass.
Topshelf/Premium Liquors are available for additional charge.
Parking
Guests coming to Michelangelo’s may park in the Michelangelo’s parking lot. Valet parking is available for an additional fee.
Deposit & Fee Schedule
Upon confirmation of the event, an initial deposit of $1500 is required to officially book your event. The advance deposit is non-refundable. All deposits will be applied to your estimated balance. Payment procedures will be outlined in your contract. All remaining balances due the facility must be paid in full three (3) weeks prior to the event. There is also a $500 refundable damage deposit due upon final payment. The damage deposit is refunded within ten business days after the event. Any unpaid balances at the conclusion of the event may be deducted from the damage deposit, if applicable.
Gratuities
Twenty (20%) Percent Gratuity will be added to all goods billed, including all cake and bar services.
Vendor Recommendations
We will be happy to refer you to ministers or officials to perform your ceremony. We also have a vendor recommendation list to assist you in choosing professional musicians, photographers, florists, limousines, videographers and others to assist you
in your dream of that perfect day. List available upon booking confirmation.
